A few things customers usually want to know.
When will I see a proof?
Digital proofs are sent within 2 to 3 business days after the order is received.
Can I make changes?
Yes. Each order includes up to two revisions before approval.
What if my photo is old or low quality?
That is often fine. Even an older phone photo can work if the moment matters.
Will anything print before I approve it?
No. Nothing gets printed until the customer signs off on the proof.
